Bell Canada throttling some ISP’s to 2GB per month?!

Looks like Ma Bell is instituting another throttling measure to counter P2P bandwidth issues.  It looks as though any ISP that leases bandwidth from Bell will now be subject to throttling as well.  This could mean that some ISP’s free monthly limit (free, meaning included in your monthly bill) could be as low as 2GB.  [...]
