CRTC confirms launch of Canada’s National Do Not Call List
Announced months and months ago, the CRTC has finally confirmed that their National Do Not Call List (also known as the Call me Again and I Am Going To Have to Resort to Violence List) will be operational and ready for business on September 30th.
As per ITBusiness.ca: To put their numbers on the National DNCL, consumers will be able to log on to www.LNNTE-DNCL.gc.ca as of September 30, 2008, and follow the instructions, or call 1-866-580-DNCL (3625). For TTY service only (for the hearing impaired), the toll-free number will be 1-888-DNCL-TTY (1-888-362-5889). HALLELUJAH!
