I have previously posted a number of stories and videos on technologies that try and mimic human behaviours and actions.  From creepy little robots learning how to walk and move to robots that try and mimic facial expressions and human interaction.  We are fascinated by this narcissistic and potentially impossible pursuit of developing technology that can emulate the things that make humans…human (at least some of the things). 

Well some industrious folks at UC San Diego are working on robots that will actually teach themselves facial expressions… Robots I get.  Robots that look, feel and talk like us…not so much.
